This fee includes three attempts in the same city and a commissioned Affidavit of Service or Affidavit of Attempted Service.

Documents under 25 pages are free of charge. Any files containing more than 25 pages will be charged this fee per page.

The first filing will be charged at $35. Subsequent filings at the same courthouse are subject to a charge of $15. We are not responsible for rejected filings due to missing or inaccurate documents.

This fee is applied per kilometre each way per attempt. We have process servers in Waterloo, York, and Niagara Region. The process server closest to the area you requested will be assigned your file.

This fee will vary depending on weight. The cost of mailing documents or transcripts will be communicated clearly.
